NUTRITIONAL COUNSELLING

Our nutritional services include food label defining, food logs, special diet and supplement recommendations, and at-your-home pantry reviews. We also offer a selection of supplements for sale at our office.

ORTHOTICS

We use orthotic foot supports to help some of our patients improve their ability to move and support their spine and pelvis. Why? Because your spine communicates with the ground through your feet. This is done on an as-needed basis per individual. We cast in house to ensure proper fit. 

EXERCISE COUNSELLING

We have a monthly stretching class for spinal hygiene which is open to all. Exercise recommendations and weight lifting instruction/counseling are also offered in an effort to help you achieve your goals without injury, and with maximum results.
